Bought this for $125, seems to be on sale everywhere, probably because if you are going to spend $$$$ on a driver, it makes more sense to buy Taylor or Ben Hogan, which are more established drivers. Anyhow, has excellent playability, the ball carries far with very little spin which makes for fewer errors, though a bad shot is still a bad shot. The ball flies higher, and esp. with a 10.5, which does sacrifice a little distance - I have a 3 wood that I can hit nearly as far when I muscle up. But the ball does fly pretty good with the Ovation. It makes a weird sound at impact and the club has a huge head - comparable to the Big Bertha. If you don't play a whole lot but want good modern golf tech. in your bag, this is the perfect club.
